Team Spotlight: Danielle Marsh

  1. When did you start at Koss Olinger?  October 14th, 2021

  2. What is your role at Koss Olinger?  Executive Assistant

  3. Where did you grow up? Ocala, FL

  4. Do you have pets? If yes, tell us about them. Yes. I have a Shih Tzu named Winnie. You can find her belly up, snoring in my lap when I am at home.

  5. What is something people would find surprising to learn about you? I absolutely love to fish! A perfect day would be on the boat with my husband and son, pulling in redfish and snapper.

  6. What do you consider to be your best quality? My adaptability. I can swivel at a moment’s notice and do not mind the “noise” that comes with a little bit of chaos.

  7. If you could have dinner with one famous person from history, who would it be and why? Empress Elisabeth (Sisi) of Austria. I have read several auto-biographies on her life and I found them tragic and enthralling. Her relationship with her children was controlled by her mother-in-law, the Emperor’s mother, and I found it maddening how she did not stand up to her. On the other end of the spectrum, she helped to establish the Dual Monarchy between Austria and Hungary and was a powerhouse of a woman when she applied herself.

  8. What is the best advice you ever received? To collect memories and experiences, not things.

  9. What is your superpower? I am able to make anyone laugh.

  10. What is your favorite food? Indian cuisine. Give me all of the curry.

  11. What do you think is your biggest contribution to the Koss Olinger team? I am very good at multi-tasking and am not afraid to jump in the fire to learn!
